Welcome to FRDynamic's. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of custom fabricated parts through our platform. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Manufacturing Delays

FRDynamics manufactures all of its products to order or in limited production runs. While we strive to meet all estimated production and delivery timeframes, all lead times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Manufacturing delays may occur due to circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Material shortages or supplier delays
  • Equipment maintenance or unexpected equipment failure
  • High order volume or production scheduling
  • Design modifications or custom order changes requested by the customer
  • Quality control inspections or rework necessary to meet our standards
  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Weather events, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control

If a delay occurs, FRDynamics will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer of the revised estimated completion or shipping date. Delays in manufacturing or shipping do not constitute a breach of contract and do not entitle the customer to cancel a custom or made-to-order product, refuse delivery, or seek damages solely as a result of the delay, except where required by applicable law.

FRDynamics reserves the right to extend estimated production and delivery times as reasonably necessary to ensure product quality and safety. We appreciate our customers' patience and understanding, as every effort is made to deliver products that meet our quality standards.

1. Custom Fabrication Orders

All parts sold through our site are custom fabricated based on customer specifications. Once your order is submitted and confirmed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or returned, as production begins promptly.

Before You Order:

  • Double-check all specifications (dimensions, material, tolerances, finishes, etc.).

  • Reach out to our support team with any questions prior to finalizing your purchase.

2. Order Confirmation & Production

An order is considered confirmed once:

  • Full payment is received.

  • All required technical details or drawings are approved (if applicable).

Upon confirmation:

  • A production timeline will be provided (estimated).

  • Delays due to incomplete information or approvals are the buyer’s responsibility.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Once an order is placed:

  • Payment is due in full before fabrication begins.

  • We accept : Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer, etc.

Taxes, duties, or import fees (if shipping internationally) are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to All Regions & Countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or invoiced separately. While we strive to meet estimated lead times:

  • We are not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon shipment.

5. Non-Returnable, Final Sale

Due to the nature of custom fabrication, all sales are final. Products may not be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless:

  • There is a documented manufacturing defect.

  • The delivered part differs from the approved specification or drawing.

To report an issue, you must contact us within 48Hours of receiving the item and provide clear documentation (photos, measurements, etc.).

6. Warranty Disclaimer

We manufacture parts to your provided specifications. We do not warrant performance or fitness for a particular application unless explicitly stated. It is your responsibility to verify suitability for your use case.

7. Intellectual Property

By submitting designs or drawings, you represent that you own or have the right to use the intellectual property therein. We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates third-party rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or misuse of our products.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jefferson Parish Court.
