    By placing an order for these items, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of sale, including our policies on custom fabrication, lead times, and non-returnable items. All sales are final once production begins.

Warranty

Under this warranty, we guarantee that our lights will not fail under normal use. If your light ever malfunctions, stops working, or develops condensation inside, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. Please note that this warranty is void if the damage is caused by accident, misuse, or improper installation.

While we strive to provide exceptional products and services, we are not liable for any losses, damages, or other errors that may arise from the installation or use of our products. While we may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis, damage is not necessarily covered under our warranty. Upon receiving your claim, if there are any charges to repair / replace your product(s) we will notify you via phone call, text or email before moving forward. 

Please be aware that processing your warranty may take up to 14 days. If the warranty form is not included inside the package, your warranty will not be processed. Additionally, any packages received by GGlighting without the warranty form that remain unclaimed for 30 days will be forfeited. Upon completion of you warranty claim, an invoice for return shipping and any additional charges will be sent to the email address that you provided to us on the Return / Warranty form. If this invoice goes unpaid for (30) days, your product(s) will be forfeited.
