Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Frdynamics. We manufacture and supply custom-fabricated ATV parts and accessories to customers worldwide. Due to the nature of our manufacturing process, all sales are final.

No Returns Accepted

Once an order has been placed, we do not accept returns for any product. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all product specifications, fitment requirements, quantities, and shipping information are correct before submitting an order.

No Refunds

All orders are non-refundable. After an order is submitted, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Vehicle compatibility or fitment issues

  • Installation difficulties

  • Delayed delivery caused by shipping carriers

  • International customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions

  • Failure to read product descriptions or specifications before purchase

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Production, processing, and fulfillment may begin immediately upon receipt of an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that was damaged during transit or believe you have received the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Sales@frdynamics.net.

To investigate the issue, customers may be required to provide:

  • Order number

  • Photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • Any other information reasonably requested by our team

We will review each claim and, at our sole discretion, determine the appropriate resolution.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Frdynamics is not responsible for delays, losses, additional fees, customs charges, or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information or third-party shipping carriers.

International Orders

For international shipments, customers are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, inspections, or regulatory requirements imposed by their country. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Frdynamics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Return Policy and understand that all sales are final with no returns, refunds, or cancellations.
